Carlos Gotiong founded Hyperion Network, now #10XSALES, in 2014 as a small business process outsourcing consulting firm specializing in Accounting, Human Resources, and Information Technology. Carlos' passion for assisting businesses began as an Operations Manager for a call center in Cebu City, Philippines. After the center closed down, he continued to work as a vendor manager, successfully training over 50 centers to run profitable campaigns.
Through his work with various centers in the Philippines, Carlos discovered that many local call centers had similar problems, and startups often found it challenging to advance beyond their current state. To assist these centers and startups, he began providing pro bono advice, which eventually became his side hustle. From 2013 to 2015, Carlos and his team worked with over 80 call centers, assisting in creating new sites from the ground up.
